At Peacewill Fashion, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or tailored garments
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong sizes
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

In such cases, Peacewill Fashion will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue
